Such a wonderful pediatricians' practice. Our son's doctor has been part of this practice for some years now, and they're always fast, reliable and nice. When he's sick, we can get an appointment quickly with any doctor in the practice, and the other few we've dealt with over the years have also been great. The reception staff are also wonderful, friendly and efficient. I think we'll stick with Tenafly Pediatrics until our son becomes an adult!
The medical staff is great in all the offices. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the front desk staff, specifically the Paramus location. They are incredibly rude and nasty. Yes, I understand it's very busy right now with everything going around and a lot of sick kids but there is absolutely no reason to give the parent that is calling sarcasm and belittlement. The staff needs to be trained better on phone etiquette because it is absolutely non-existent in this office.
Very organized. Very precise in timing. Extremely happy with my doctor Dr Kim Sunmee. My girls have seen her since childhood.
I cannot recommend Tenafly Pediatrics enough, especially Dr. Stiefel. We have been seeing him for 17 years and are sad that we have to move on. The whole practice- from front desk to nurses to doctors - care very much and are incredible. Love them!
Today we saw Dr. Sugarman. My 8 year old granddaughter Shailynn loved her. So did I. She was great with her and took her time. It's great to meet an excellent Dr. that also has exceptional interpersonal skills. She is definitely an asset to the group. The office staff at the Paramus location is excellent also.
Avoid the Paramus office at all costs. We tried to get a flu shot for my kid for a 130pm appointment. Something so simple and yet we weren’t able to get one today after several mix ups with the check in process. Several families skipped in front of us and we were assigned the wrong room when finally called and waited patiently for 5-7 mins before we walked out at 155pm. No apologies for the delay and inconvenience. Adding insult to injuries, they asked if we can come back tomorrow. I am sure TP can do better but it’s not worth the frustration or trouble to make sure it won’t happen again.
Dr. Saks is a wonderful pediatrician. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to me and my son. The nursing staff and front desk business associates were professional and kind.
Dr. Menasha is so amazing. He is kind, compassionate, caring, and all the above. He is very knowledgeable and took time to examine my daughter very well. He gave her a treatment plan and treated her very warmly. I am very pleased with the doctor, and would absolutely see him again and recommend him highly.
